For clients in the greater Cleveland and Akron areas, complimentary hand delivery and at-home try-on appointments are available for all pieces. Virtual viewings and additional videos or photos are always available upon requests, and questions are more than welcome!

Chicologie rarely buys pieces from clients, but I never say never! If you’re ready to pass a piece on to its next home, please contact me (pm.chicologie@gmail.com) with basic information and photos, and if it’s not a fit for the Chicologie, I can connect you with the best sales outlet.
AUTHENTICATE
Chicologie authentications are available with 24 hour or less turnaround. A basic authentication is $15, please follow this link to view a template for submitting and purchasing an authentication. Please note; to maintain a high standard of quality of the Chicologie authenticity guarantee, pieces submitted from Chanel or Hermès, rare, limited edition items, and items of unusual provenance may be subject to a secondary fee of $30 for peer review. There’s almost no chance your bag is too ruined to be saved. Whether it’s been heavily loved or had an accident, something can be done. Leather care, general maintenance, and general wear and tear care are available with the Chicologie maintenance experience.
