This heavy, high quality, hand embellishment contrasts the off white fabric and attached bow-belt.

The Condition

Mild age spotting on the front and back of the skirt. Spotting and discoloration on the right sleeve. One broken hook and eye on the belt. Slight scent of age. Storage discoloration to shoulder areas of the interior of the dress.  Age spots on the front, back, and right sleeve. Please reference the last five photos for elements of condition.

Seaton Enterprises Ltd. is an obscure vintage formal wear label known for unique, over the top hand embellishments. This piece was sold by Charlotte’s West of Akron, an upscale women’s boutique founded by Matthew Margolis in 1954. The boutique was regarded as the supreme store in Akron.
